Purchase Gift Cards and Pre-Pay for Follow-Up Visits

Are you looking to purchase a gift certificate?

We offer three ways to do so:

1. The best choice - Purchase directly through JaneApp, our scheduling/practice management software. Once setting up an account for yourself, head to My Account > Gift Cards and you are on your way. Once purchased, you'll have a code you can email to your recipient.

2. Call us at 603-669-0808. We can take payment over the phone and even mail a hard copy certificate if you'd like, or

3. Come to the clinics to make your purchase in person.
